Jeb and Bill talk education

Today, the State Collaborative on Reforming Education is hosting a discussion with Gov. Bill Haslam and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush. Bush is now a chairman of the board for the Foundation of Excellence in Education.

I’ll have more on what was discussed after the meeting, but I expect there to be a discussion about the big things Tennessee lawmakers could tackle this year. That includes school vouchers, a statewide charter authorizer and a parent trigger law.
